For over 50 years, our family has been honored to serve this community — beginning when my father, Raffaele Sandolo, opened our doors as Pasta Plus. Through every chapter — Pasta Fair, John’s Best, and now Ponza Italian Kitchen — the love, warmth, and care behind every meal has remained the same.

Three generations of our family have cooked side by side, serving generations of yours. We’ve celebrated your milestones, watched your families grow, and shared laughter, friendship, and countless memories together. Ponza has always been more than a restaurant — it’s been part of Norwalk’s story, and a piece of our family’s heart.

It breaks our hearts to share that Ponza Italian Kitchen will be temporarily closing while we work through an access issue currently beyond our control. Until we can ensure safe and reliable access for our guests, we must pause operations.

Through every challenge — from the pandemic to rebuilding hope with live music and outdoor dining — our community has stood beside us. Today, we ask for that same love and support once again.
